I do telehealth in Arizona. I was born here in Phoenix and raised in Montana. I am also Native of the Dine people (Navajo Nation) as well as the Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribes of Montana. I received my Bachelors in social work at Salish and Kootenai college in Pablo, Montana. I continued my education with the Walla Walla school of Social work and achieved my Masters degree in clinical social work.
I have focused in large part of my career to working with trauma of many stages and ages. I also utilize DBT skills , motivational interviewing well as strength based theory.
