Regina Buck

As a certified therapist with a Masters degree in Coercive Control, I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions through a compassionate, client-centered approach. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.  I have specialized training in domestic violence, sex addiction, human trafficking, cults, and gangs.  This allows me to support the healing process for those who have experienced trauma and abuse and have clients process their experiences with alicrity.

With years of experience working in human services, I’ve supported clients from diverse backgrounds in building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and creating meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you envision.  Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or simply want to understand yourself better, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
